Hydraulic Services
More and more, today's machines rely on "healthy" hydrualic systems for maximum productivity. Since hydraulic system efficiency can erode up to 20% before an operator detects a problem, we recommend hydrualic-intensive machines udergo a "Custom Hydrualic Service Inspection" twice a year or every 1,000 hours. At Holt of California we offer complete hydraulic service capabilites for Cat and Non-Cat equipment.
We're your one stop shop for all your Hydrualic equipment needs. High, medium or low pressure hoses can be made while you wait. For cylinders there are many repair options available. We also restore pumps and motors and can inspect, clean and reseal valves and more. So when you need hydrualic service, we can help with a Custom Hydraulic Service Inspection.
During our CHS (Custom Hydraulic Service) inspections we:
* Conduct a detailed visual walkaround inspection of the hydraulics, engine
compartment, cab, power train and ground engaging tools
* Drift test all hydraulic cylinders
* Perform complete checks of cycle times and system pressures
* Stall test the hydraulic system
* Take a sample of the hydraulic oil and perform S*O*S Services.
After interpreting the inspection and fluid analysis results, we’ll meet with you to deliver a complete report. If service is necessary, we’ll also provide a quote.
