Holt of California offers several of educational opportunities.

ThinkBIG

ThinkBIG is a Caterpillar-designed career development program offered by only 11 schools nationwide, with San Joaquin Delta College being one of these schools. ThinkBIG is designed to provide students with a solid foundation for a future career with Holt of California. The program includes on-the-job training with trained technicians and paid internship opportunities.

Technical Training Programs

Holt of California has partnered with several area community colleges to offer the technical training necessary to work on heavy and industrial equipment. These programs offer both in the class learning and hands on training.

IS/IT Internships

Holt of California offers a limited number of paid IS/IT internships throughout each year.  We are looking for the best and brightest to join our team and help maintain and improve our technology network throughout all our locations. Candidates should be have or be pursuing a related technology Associates or Bachelors degree or computer network technician training from a technical school.
